Organizational Approach

The WWA team consists of professionals with many years of experience and has provided services for various project types. Each team member listed herein has had the experience of working on projects from its inception until its completion. This experience has allowed each person to experience the different phases and challenges a project has to offer.

The management structure on all projects is based on the concept of a designated Project Manager who works under the direct supervision and guidance of a principal-in-charge. The Project Manager remains with his or her project from pre-design to post construction phases and is responsible for managing supporting technical staff and coordinating with consulting engineers.

The success of any project is based in large measure on the architect's ability to provide design excellence while working within budget and schedule constraints. WWA project approach emphasizes a close relationship between team members and the client to maintain continuous creation and control for meeting these priorities. Key personnel who are able to make decisions are intensely involved throughout pre-construction and construction phases and regularly attend client and construction meetings.
